Vendors Requirements

All vendors that wish to work on an Epoch managed property must first comply with the Epoch Vendor Management (EVM) protocol. This is a simple process, and only requires a short amount of time to complete.

To be considered as a vendor, registration with Compliance Depot must be completed, and an approved status must be achieved, and maintained.

New Vendor Set-up Information

  • Pass a company and principal owner background check
  • Must have current and up-to-date insurance coverage depending on the industry code
  • Sign a vendor agreement
  • Submit a current W-9
  • Pay an annual fee directly to Compliance Depot
