JAMES H. PUGH JR. - Chairman/CEO
As a graduate of the University of Florida, Mr. Pugh earned his B.S. Degree in building construction. Mr. Pugh was the founding president of Epoch Properties. He has provided substantial business and civic leadership to the Orlando community and the State of Florida.
KYLE D. RIVA - Board Member
Mr. Riva earned his B.S. Degree from Florida State University and his M.S.M. from Rollins College. Throughout his 30-year real estate career, he has been responsible for the development and financing of well over a billion dollars in commercial real estate including apartments, office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, hotels, resorts, single-family projects and land. Mr. Riva is also a licensed Florida Real Estate and Mortgage Broker.
GREG JACOBY, CPA - President
Greg is President of Epoch Management, Inc., and has ultimate responsibility for all property management operations. Greg is also Chief Financial Officer of Epoch Properties, Inc., and has been involved in the development of more than 14,000 multi-family units. Prior to joining Epoch in 1981, Greg was with Arthur Andersen & Company.

McCARLEY DAVIS - Senior Vice President
McCarley joined Epoch Management in 2010 to assume the role of Senior Vice President in charge of business development and expanding the management profile. From 2004-2010, McCarley was the Financial Analyst and Asset Manager for Epoch Properties Inc., where he was involved in the development, financing and disposition of over 5,500 apartment units in Florida, Texas, and North Carolina. Prior to joining the Epoch family of companies, McCarley served as an Associate in Fixed Income at Wachovia Bank, N.A. in Charlotte, NC.

PATRICIA A. RELVINI, CPA - Vice President/Finance
Prior to joining Epoch Management, Inc., in 1999, Tricia was employed as a Senior Manager with the international public accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Tricia has more than sixteen years experience in providing auditing and accounting services to a variety of clients, many of which were focused in the financial services and real estate industries.
